    We are looking for a star performer “Senior Product Manager” with 5-15 years of prior experience in product development in the field of robotics, motion-control and test automation.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision
    • Collect and analyse feedback from customers, external stakeholders and internal teams to
      shape requirements, features and end products
    • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
    • Lead product teams and coordinate cross-functional teams
    • Create and own Product Requirements Documents (PRD)
    • Ensure development releases and product launches happen on schedule
    • Make creative recommendations to expand product base, quality and usability
    • Implement processes to track post-deployment product use and impact on end users

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
    • Experience in product lifecycle management
    • Background in software development and program management is preferred
    • Familiarity with the Agile framework
    • Organisational and leadership abilities
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Problem-solving aptitude

    • Proven ability to drive the sales process, from planning to closing deals and rejuvenate them for a long-time.

    Job Description

    We are seeking an accomplished full-time ‘Senior Robotic Software Engineer’, who has 10+  years of experience developing software for robotics and automation systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Designing the architecture, code, tests and documents for the control software for robot manipulators.
    • Developing the control system and motion planning of robot manipulators
    • Managing and maintaining version control of all the software developed.
    • Designing the user interface and visualization software for the robot manipulator.
    • Writing device drivers for custom hardware.

    Requirements

    • Expertise in C++ and Python.
    • Knowledge of motion planning and control algorithms.
    • Proper versioning and maintenance of the software using tools like git.
    • Experience working with buses like EtherCAT, CAN, RS232 etc
    • Knowledge of GNU/Linux concepts
    • Good knowledge of ROS.

    Bonus Skills

    • Experience in GUI development using frameworks like Qt, VTK, OpenGL.
    • Should have made a robot in the past by himself/herself, or was a significant part of the team that did
      that.
    • Stronghold on one particular robotics domain (through the advanced academic degree or work
      experience), while still being knowledgeable about other domains.

    Preferred Qualification

    • B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/Masters in computers or equivalent.
